This November Pub Club will be partnering with Drury University’s Small Press Publishing class in order to collect submissions for the Literary Magazine, “Currents”. Every fall this class puts together a zine composed of the creative works of Drury students. It is released during the English Symposium in the spring.
This year’s theme is “Homebodies”. They are accepting all types of writing as well as graphic art, photographs, and multimedia work. The work should focus on the rediscovery of your creative passions during their time spent at home this year.
Because of this partnership, the deadline for submitting to Currents has been extended to Nov. 16, 2020. Please submit your creative works to currents@drury.edu. Once the Currents staff has decided on the contents of the zine, Pub Club will be handing out prizes to all of the selected creators and will publish at least three of the written works online.
